Everlasting love
Feb 18
Psalm 113:
17 But from everlasting to everlasting
the LORD’s love is with those who fear him,
and his righteousness with their children’s children-18 with those who keep his covenant
and remember to obey his precepts.
From everlasting to everlasting. We need to go by faith and not by sight. I look today at my surroundings and I have my GM saying we are doing badly this month and she is concerned with our cash flow. My natural instinct is to say, ouch and panic and start to spin and wonder what can I do? But my God says in His word, that His love for me is from everlasting to everlasting. How can he then let me sink at the end of the month?
No ways! But I must walk in faith which pleases Him and say in spite of how things look, the word says otherwise. There are a number of days left to go, and God can do wondrous things between now and then.
Tomorrow I turn 50. Wow, I have never thought about being that old. I mean 50 is old right. Ask a teenager how old 50 is and it is ancient. But over the years my God has proved himself to me, over and over and this month will be no different.
Hallelujah.
